Yvonne has extensive financial experience and has worked in a variety of industries, the vast majority of which operate in the legal sector and hold financial positions in small and large law firms. Your accumulated experience will be supported by a bachelor`s degree in accounting. Graham has experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of business documents in the areas of commercial leasing, sale and purchase of land contracts, corporate and shareholder documentation, general business agreements and trusts.

Graham is a special counsel at Commercial & Legal and currently works primarily in real estate law, corporate sales and acquisitions, as well as corporate and commercial law.
