While the core of internship training lies in the preparation of patent applications, interns are also exposed to trademark and copyright issues and are often invited to conduct legal research and other support activities for litigation related to intellectual property issues. Howard & Howard`s Intellectual Property Articling Program differs from other articling programs in that it takes full advantage of each articling student`s technical or technical experience to understand and support our clients` diverse technologies.
