As of 2020, Rajah & Tann`s Myanmar office, formerly known as Rajah & Tann NK Legal Myanmar, was renamed Rajah & Tann Myanmar due to the expiration of U Nyein Kyaw`s term as Founding Senior Partner and his departure from the firm at the end of 2019. The rest of the staff will remain unchanged. The office will continue to be led by Min Thein, Managing Partner since 1 January 2019.
Min has served as a judge in the municipal courts and a bailiff at the Supreme Court of the Union of Myanmar.
